John was very knowledgeable and explained their process very well. Using an ultraviolet light, he pointed out areas of concern both before and after the cleaning. He was in and out in a timely manner and took precautions to make sure nothing was damaged.

Zerorez does a great job cleaning our carpet. We can order a two room special to do our high traffic areas or three room to do all our carpeted areas. We love the way our carpets dry without that stiff and sticky feeling. Thanks

We had our carpets cleaned by another company about 6 months ago when we moved into our home and felt like the carpets looked dingy even after they were cleaned.
