We have had wonderful results with your cleaning process on our carpets. Charles did our carpet last week and it looks WONDERFUL!! I logged in and saw that there were no openings on Saturday and decided to ask if by chance someone had canceled and to my surprise, they had an opening. This was the third time we have had Zerorez clean our carpet and as usual, they did a terrific job. We only ask that they do high-traffic areas and it always helps the appearance. They work! My carpets look brand new. The employee was polite, respectful, explained everything that he would do, didn't take a lot of time, and arrived promptly.

Gary did a wonderful job of cleaning my closet carpet and my bathroom tile. I am pleased with the results. I appreciate the extra care he took carrying in his equipment and the timely fashion he completed the job.
