Very friendly techs who take the time to explain what they're doing and what we need. We like the natural aspect of the cleaning process and not having that chemical smell. After we told our tech what our goals were for our carpet, he told us what services were available, but he was very practical and there was no pressure to "upsell." We use ZeroRez every time.

Jan was exceedingly professional, punctual, and thorough. He inspected the entire carpeted area with a blacklight to find stains invisible to the naked eye. He recommended a course of cleaning for the carpets, and was sure to always note any additional costs upfront, even though I told him I didn't care about the cost, I just wanted the cleaning done thoroughly and properly. Could not have asked for a better experience.
