I honestly didn’t have high hopes since our carpet quality is builder grade & had quite a large number of stains; however, my carpet now looks & smells brand new. Very pleased with the services & the connectedness & friendliness of staff.

First off the customer service is fantastic. Professional and didn’t mind the chaos of getting the dogs all lined up to put away.

Went over what needed to be done and suggestions. I agreed to suggestions land the carpet looms good. It’s a very old carpet in a rental and it looks better than it has in years.

I love the fact it’s hot water used to clean carpets and human and pet friendly for the protective coats.
