No high pressure for additional services. Friendly employees and the carpets always look new when done even though I have a dog that makes a mess every now and then. Best part is no residue hence the name Zerorez. The cleaning solution is simply alkaline water, the same stuff they sell for drinking water in grocery stores so no harm for pets or toddlers.
