When I called to set up my appt I very clearly asked if the service of pet stain cleaning was included in the service, the person setting up my appt very clearly stated it was included, When the technicians arrived they stated it would be an additional charge of approximately $50.00. I went ahead and agreed to pay the additional fee due the issue of time,I could not afford to take another day off for another company, with all that being said, the 2 technicians that came to my home were polite and thorough, in particular the gentleman from Kenya was wonderful ... Very professional and conscientious. I must say..... The carpets look so good , so all I all I would use them again and refer zerorez, I feel like the person on the phone though needs to be educated on the services and what is covered and what is additional. I have an older dog that is incontinent at times due to medical issues, they did a great job on the carpet

The tech who came to my home was a gentleman, kind and fair as well as efficient and did a good job. The person I spoke to on the phone when scheduling was...not so much, but the tech redeemed your company. Mostly I like the clean, without chemicals aspect.
Sorry for taking so long in this response. I tried to call the day they were here but it was a holiday weekend and no answer. The 2 young men who did the service were very thorough, explained what they were using and were VERY mannerly. My carpet looks like the day I moved into the house in 1992. I am very pleased and will call your company when I need the service again.
We liked the fact there were less chemicals and frying time
It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Also, I felt customer service was very responsive and updated us on our appointment timely (appointment reminders, call 30 minutes prior to technician arriving, etc.) The technician was also very friendly and helpful when cleaning our carpets. We will definitely use Zerorez again - our carpet looks great!
