THE PRODUCTS TO CLEAN THE CARPET WERE EXCELLENT. I LOVED HOW MY CARPED WAS DONE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD IF I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON WHAT TO EXPECT WITH THE SERVICE, AS THERE WAS NO INTENTION FOR THE PERSON DOING TO MOVE THE FURNITURE, IF I HAD KNOWN THIS IN ADVANCE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE WAY TO GET EVERY INCH OF MY CARPET CLEAN.
I had new carpet installed before I finished spray painting the fireplace. Although I covered most of the carpet the mist migrated far beyond that. I attempted to clean it but my efforts were met with great resistance and made no difference. I called zerorez and explained my situation, although they could not guarantee the results they would surely give it a good shot. Then I hit them with a tight schedule constraint and they worked me into their already busy schedule. The man showed up on time, accepted the difficult task and produced outstanding results with a great deal of skill, effort and hard work. Satisfied customer would be an understatement, happy, amazed and grateful to you guys is more like it! Thanks
