Our dogs were sprayed by a skunk then rolled on our carpet. The entire house reeked. After Zerorez cleaned and sprayed with pet treatment the smell is gone. I think the technician's name was Hillary. He worked tirelessly and did an amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased.

Our service person Hillary was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable and he explained the process so we understood what makes Zerorez different from the other carpet cleaners. The results were fantastic. We didn't think many of the stains would come out, but our carpet looks like new.

A clean non-residue carpet
The service team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I particularly liked how they would show me any possible trouble spots before treating, and brought to my attention any areas that might be mistaken for an issue; this way there was no need for me to ask or wonder about it later.
I was drawn to this company since it does not use soaps, and thus has no residue. I was pleased with the outcome, but chose not to use the fabric protector because I was trying to avoid putting more chemicals back onto the carpet.
