Trenton, the technician, was an attentive listener during our initial conversation about high traffic areas and treating spots. He explained thoroughly the process Zerorez uses not only to clean the carpet but also the process for removing most of the moisture left from cleaning the carpet. After the technician explained the benefits of purchasing the Fiber Protector service and gave me a brochure to read, I did purchase it. I am satisfied with the way my carpet now looks.
