A clean non-residue carpet
The service team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I particularly liked how they would show me any possible trouble spots before treating, and brought to my attention any areas that might be mistaken for an issue; this way there was no need for me to ask or wonder about it later.
I was drawn to this company since it does not use soaps, and thus has no residue. I was pleased with the outcome, but chose not to use the fabric protector because I was trying to avoid putting more chemicals back onto the carpet.

I was surprised at the cleaning ability of the process.
The drying took longer than I expected (cleaning finished at 10 A.M. and some areas were still not dry
by bedtime). Once dry the cleaning was not as even - you can see where the machine (or operator) was
not as consistent. Jesse was very professional. He explained the process, worked hard and was considerate
and pleasant.
