Our hardwood floors looked amazing after they finished! We thought they were ruined after we had to have a construction crew come in but Zerorez brought them back to life. The techs were great...very knowledgeable and polite. Chris and I think the other one was Anthony. They also did an awesome job cleaning our velvet couch and some tile. Thank you!

Jason was very friendly and upon looking at the areas to be cleaned offered some suggestions that might improve the outcome of the cleaning process. I was very pleased that many of the stains were able to be removed and that the carpet looks almost like new. Once I get it restretched, I will look great!

The service was VERY easy to schedule (online) and was confirmed immediately thereafter on the phone. I was able to book one day and have the cleaning done the next. The technician arrived on time and was in and out, cleaning 3 rooms and one large oriental rug in less than 2 hours. The carpets were dry and looked like new (!) in less than 6 hours. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.
