No harsh chemicals and always a friendly technician

Kevin was super courteous, professional and thorough in his work. My carpeting is 15+ years old and had some old pet stains I needed out before having an appraisal done on my home. He did a great job and was good about cleaning up behind his work. The quality of the work and materials used made my carpets look nearly new. I did not want to walk on them again because they looked so nice. I would certainly recommend Zerorez and Kevin in particular to my friends and would certainly use again.

Excellent customer service. They called ahead of time, arrived during scheduled hours. They introduced themselves and did a very nice job with our carpets. They tried to sell other products and when i declined they did not continue to push products on me. They were quick and efficient, but they left my front door open during January below freezing temperatures which made our heating bill sky rocket. Otherwise, they did an excellent job removing puppy pee spots and our carpet looks brand new!

Our technician, Jordan, was absolutely phenomenal. He offered to do a "test spot" on our carpet to ensure that the cleaning would be helpful to our old carpet. When we scheduled our appointment, it was a last ditch effort to save our carpet before we invested in new carpet. Besides a great and thorough cleaning, Jordan answered lots of our questions about carpet. He was incredibly knowledgable! We hadn't originally planned to have our bedroom cleaned, but the bonus room looked so good, that we asked Jordan if he had time to do another room, and were thankful that he did. Jordan also offered us some advice about our hardwoods and let us know about other services that Zerorez offers. Because of his professionalism, kindness, and knowledge, we will definitely contact him again to have Zerorez do more cleaning at our house.

i heard the Zerorez ad on 97.9 and decided to give the gift of carpet cleaning to my daughter for Christmas. I easily set up the appointment over the phone with customer service. Anthony, the technician, was very professional. He called in advance and arrived on time. He detailed the steps he would be taking and the process. I give him 5 stars. I like the fact that there are no chemicals or detergents used with Zerorez and the carpets look great. There were some unidentified stains in one room and Zerorez got them out. Even the high traffic areas look good. My daughter was very pleased with the results.

My son said the technician explained the steps he would be taking and the process. He was very professional. My son had bought this home a year ago and had the carpets cleaned then. The technician showed him how much dirt he was extracting and the results are amazing. We like the fact there are no chemicals or detergents used. He will only use Zerorez in the future.
