First, I love the ease of signing up for their service online. Fast, easy, simple. Second, their follow up (with a real person & not Autobot calls) is refreshing. Third, Charles (our service technician) was also prompt with calls per arrival and even let us know he could show up early (bonus!) Fourth, Charles & Joe were not just consummate professionals but made the job fun. Fifth, the carpets look & smell fantastic! And since we've used them before, we know this will last quite some time.
