The carpet looks like new carpet when they dry. And the best feature I like is the dirty spots don't reappear in a few weeks. Employee was super nice and helpful and not in a hurry to get job done. Yes, i will be calling again!

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, worked hard and did an excellent job. Our steps which were very dirty, look like new. Overall it was a very good experience!
*One issue: a couch was moved to an area that had been cleaned/still wet & now there are 2 dark carpet wood stains/spots that won't come out where the legs were. Perhaps you can have someone come out and look to see if anything can be done to remove these stains/spots.

My carpets were cleaned thoroughly and look great with no heavy smells. The dry time was also extremely fast compared to past experiences with other equipment used by other companies. Anthony, the Zerorez technician, was thorough and answered any question I had. He treated my home like he would treat his own. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
