Matt, the technician, arrived early and did an excellent job or cleaning the carpets. Even the tracks from the bedroom doorways were cleaned away. He also worked quickly and did a thorough job. The final price was the same as the written estimate. The cost of the carpet cleaning was very reasonable.

You have good service, but it depends on who’s the technician. Very please with the last one, but not the previous one.
The cleaning professional was kind, courteous and polite. The service was efficient and although drying took longer than expected I assume it due to the wear and tear my carpet has sustained over the years of 3 big dogs and a family.

Carpets look awesome after being cleaned and dry fairly quickly. No terrible odor or “crunch” after cleaning when walking on the carpet. Charles was amazing-professional, friendly, and did phenomenal work.
