Did a great job. I have a winter white carpet. I have zerorez every 6 months or about twice a year. My only problem is the carpet is showing traffic pattern wear. It is over 20 years old., but I had a good padding put down when I bought it. Well worth the money . Well worth the money to have it cleaned before it gets to stained. The cost is very reasonable and drying time is quick.

Service was on your arrival time and only took about 2 hrs. Carpet was thoroughly cleaned. I liked the stain resistance and fresh smell.

I scheduled my appointment online and everything was great from there on. Zerorez sent emails to remind me of my appointment. The morning of my appointment John (our technician) called and said he would be here in 25 minutes. And he was!
