Service was on your arrival time and only took about 2 hrs. Carpet was thoroughly cleaned. I liked the stain resistance and fresh smell.

I scheduled my appointment online and everything was great from there on. Zerorez sent emails to remind me of my appointment. The morning of my appointment John (our technician) called and said he would be here in 25 minutes. And he was!

I like the fact you use a scrubber to prepare for the cleaning. It makes it much more effective and the use of water and the extraction make the carpet dry more rapidly without any soapyness!

The team was outstanding—I’d request those two fine gentlemen every time if I could.
