When he arrived, he went over the process and answered questions then went right to work. When he was finished, he cleaned up his equipment thoroughly and then went on his way. ...A very good experience thanks to him !!

He said that the person who cleaned was very thorough with his cleaning, and it shows. He even removed two large spots that the previous cleaner had only lightened.
