Austin did such a fabulous job on our dingy, spotted, worn out apartment carpeting. I truly didn't expect such extreme results. He was diligent and thorough. His professionalism and customer service skills are unusual for his generation. Even though he worked up a sweat, he never once stopped smiling. I feel blessed that he was the one who showed up.
I have had my carpets 'cleaned' many times. NEVER have they been and stayed so incredibly clean. NEVER. I still don't understand the science behind how leaving out any chemicals or soap can make such a difference. This is truly a first!
Austin did not try to upsell me on anything. Because of that, I also had an upholstered microfiber chair that once belonged to my mother cleaned. Again. . . he went over it with a very detailed approach.
Now, both my carpets and the chair look brand new. I rarely bother to fill out surveys because I am extremely picky and most of the time I would not be able to recommend many businesses and a negative review sometimes sounds like sour grapes.
I heard about Zerorez on the Bobby Bones radio show. I felt comfortable that he would not recommend any company that he didn't feel was quality. I wasn't let down even a little bit!

Love that you guys used oranges to clean my carpet. As a millennial mom it’s important to me to try and reduce my use of chemicals in my house. The carpets dried quickly and feel cleaner and softer.
