Great work and great customer service

I'm very pleased with Zerorez! After having work done on our home, the carpet in our master bedroom was very dirty and had patches of black spots throughout. I wasn't sure if the spots were black caulk residue or what. Jace, the Zerorez technician was able to remove the black spots and make our carpet look great!!! Thank you Jace and Zerorez for making me very happy.

Fast friendly service! Technician was very professional and did an excellent job.

GREAT service!!! Very fast and professional. I will recommend your company to everyone! The carpets are fresh again!

The product works. My carpets had not been cleaned in a longtime and I was impressed at how well the dirt and stains came out.

Ethan, was excellent. He explained everything he was going to do and was friendly and courteous.

I showed him my sofas that could also use a good cleaning and he said they could be done as well. So I have made another appointment for Friday, May 3rd to have you back.

Environmentally friendly

The technician is on time and the confirmation of the appointment is helpful.

I was so glad that Charles, who cleaned my carpets before, was going to clean my carpets again. He is so thoughtful, considerate, and efficient. So good to be able to count on a job well done!
I like Zerorez better than any other cleaning service because my carpets feel so clean and fresh and they do not tract like other cleaners do.

I loved the service, the technician was very nice and professional. Did good work and fairly quickly.

Your tech was absolutly the best Ive ever seen. Helpful, knowlegable and sociable. The job was done as well as it could be. But he made it informative and really cleaned, too.

This was the first time we have used a commercial cleaning service. Overall the results were excellent. Service tech was very polite, explained options, and was thorough. Scheduling was very easy and timely. Will use again and recommend to others as well.

I have used Zerorez...and always been pleased, however this time was the best!! My wife keep saying the carpet looks brand new!! We highly recommend Zerorez!!

Tye was professional, arrived early, fast service, polite, courteous and personable. Carpets look great and great pricing. Fully recommend their services.

Your people are professional and friendly. My last service was good, but was not satisfied with area of rug with the most foot traffic. Was not completely clean. I used you in the past so I know you can do a better job. Joe W. I think was my last tech to clean my rug last week, he was super friendly and knew his job. I just need a little more attention in a couple areas of my rug next time. I am getting a re-service today. We well see how it goes.
