The technician, Bobby, who provided the service was very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning my carpet. He was thorough and explained procedures to me in detail.
The service person was outstanding (Bobby), he really took great care in his appearance and made sure that the hoses and equipment didn't damage the walls or corners of the rooms inside of our house.
