Service tech's are great and always courteous. They want the job to be done well. This time I have had an area that has come back and I am not sure it was pre-spotted, Otherwise service has always been good.

Aaron Kacel did an excellent job of explaining how ZEROREZ will do their best to get the carpet as clean as possible by working on the worst area more than once.

Pricing estimate was as close as possible and i will have Aaron and or his ZEROREZ TEAM back to our place of business to clean again in less than a year.

I've used Zerorez in St. Louis and now in Gallatin, TN and the carpet cleaning is efficient and personnel, professional. I like that we can walk on it right away. Carpet looks fantastic when through and there was very little disruption to our day.

Thorough cleaning, easy scheduling, and polite technicians

The technician was very courteous and did a thorough job and even called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. What would've helped my morning was knowing that there was a morning meeting and there was no way anybody would have been at my house until after 9 o'clock because I was told somebody would arrive between eight and 10, I stayed up late the night before trying to get things picked up and moved and then got up early the next morning to finish up by 7:30 AM, so it would have been helpful to know that there was a morning meeting scheduled.

I love the professionalism of the employee who cleaned our carpets. I loved how everything looked when Jordan was done.

It's great being able to schedule online. Employees are always nice. They were able to get out stains I thought were permanent.

The service was completed in a way timely manner,It did seem a bit high in price for the pet treatment, but it had not been done in the past and it was really bad. This being said it was something that had to done so I guess I have to accept the bill.
