We had really nasty stains from our dog that had been there for over 2 years and Zerorez got them out. We are so happy.

I think the carpets were cleaned excellently, came on time. My only concern would be that if I had known I would have been charged for the walk in closets I would have actually picked stuff up and moved it around in stead of shoving stuff in them. I was trying to make as much as free of stuff in the bedrooms so the closets I was not expecting.
Still great and I’ll use you again

Abraham came to our house and walked me through everything he would be doing and explained that some of the stains may not come out, but when he was all finished the carpet looked great. There were a couple of stains that he worked on but would just not come out. That being said I was extremely satisfied with what he was able to accomplish. Abraham is an asset for Zerorez he is very personable and is very good at his job and he takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is needing the carpets cleaned whether it’s been a year or several years I would do an outstanding job.
