Entirely matter that you all do to complete the job it's never 30 minutes on a oil change you all give me every time I come and I've been coming since 2018 I never stayed no longer than 15 minutes

Professionalism as well as trust. I tried out Precision Tune for oil change last week after a very discouraging experience at “G:$&?/“&’s despite my family doing business w them for several decades. The pricing was very fair and I was very impressed w management on site at Congress st location “Pat Burleigh”. Moving forward, my family / friends will be advised to go to Precision Tune on Congress St near Guilbeau Rd in Lafayette, La. J. Name removed

I was referred by my extended warranty plan, at first I was hesitant because I passed by many times and I thought it was an oil change place, so I was skeptical. My first interaction was with Felicia, she was very nice and knowledgeable about how it works. She explained to me the process and what I needed to do. Everything after that was smooth except the time it took to repair my vehicle. Because of the warranty having to send the part I was left without my vehicle. Once the part was received they took care of me and got me on the road again. The service you provided was great. Hopefully I won't have to use you anytime soon. If I do I will come back. Thanks again
