I was referred by my extended warranty plan, at first I was hesitant because I passed by many times and I thought it was an oil change place, so I was skeptical. My first interaction was with Felicia, she was very nice and knowledgeable about how it works. She explained to me the process and what I needed to do. Everything after that was smooth except the time it took to repair my vehicle. Because of the warranty having to send the part I was left without my vehicle. Once the part was received they took care of me and got me on the road again. The service you provided was great. Hopefully I won't have to use you anytime soon. If I do I will come back.
