They have a great customer service team and group of mechanics are honest about what repairs they find. I went in for a a tire rotation and oil change. The mechanic came to me and showed me my break pads and discs, which I know i have not personally changed on the vehicle and how some were worse for ware and did not pressure me to change them. They instead offered me a great deal for parts and labor on top of everything else. I was more than happy to get them replaced as this vehicle hauls my children, wife, and myself. They prioritize safety over their bottom dollar. They were super respectful and honest the whole way through.
Courteous and professional. Even though they were short staffed our vehicle took only 20 minutes for the oil change. Very satisfied.

Generally very good service, however, this time you did not tell me you were using
synthetic oil and i would have chosen standard oil if given the choice. I dont know if
it is ok to use standard oil if i need to add.

On the con side...I am thinking about getting my Dodge AC unit serviced. But, I found your company's guarantee policy on AC work unclear. Ie., what exactly is guaranteed and what is not? And for how long? GWJ
