Other than the fact that I love how cute the products you offer are, I recently met an employee of the company who I believe works at the west Bloomfield michigan locations who absolutely went above and beyond what I asked and made me a guaranteed customer for life. The woman's name is Robin and I did not ask for anything hard, just a peace sign written in a cookie cake. Not only did she take my order late and deliver it the next day, but she took her time and made it so beautiful that I had to call and thank her. I have been a customer of edible arrangements for years. More because of the convenience other than preference. I have spent 100 plus on every bouquet I sent and ever since Robin made that giant cookie cake for me that cost around 30 dollars I will never send another fruit arrangement again. She took her time and did much more than I had asked and especially because I was expecting 30 dollars worth of work, I could not believe how adorable my cake looked. If I paid 80 I still would not think I was over charges. Employees like her are what keep a company around.

Sent a basket to a "father figure" who is suffering from cancer. He is participating in aggressive chemo and wanted to brighten his day. Being a huge FSU Seminole fan, I called and requested that the football arrangement cookies be in garnet (red) and gold (yellow). Without question, the CS representative took care of that for me. We spoke with him. He had tears in his eyes. He said that the basket arrived at the hospital and it was the talk of the floor. Everyone came to see the cookies. Even a UF Gator ate one of the cookies. He said that it was the best gift he had received. He said, "I will be a NOLE til the day I die." Thanks for adding just a little bit of sunshine on a very cloudy day.

I have not tasted your cookies, but the people I have sent them to love them. The people I have dealt with at Cookies by design have been friendly and very helpful. Plus I love the idea of sending cookies as opposed to flowers or fruit.

It is a great product. My only disappointment was that it was delivered late in the day as I was hoping it would be diverted earlier so it was there when she got home from school. It was delivered in the midst of her party when a lot of activities for an 8 yr old were taking place. We were in Florida for her birthday and so
I wanted this to be a little special to let her know we had not forgotten.
