I got the nicest lady on the phone assuring me that the "birthday bouquet" would definitely be hand delivered and on time. These are a great bunch of people and there cookies are delicious. The product is absolutely wonderful and I usually have good service. This time, the delivery was not able to be completed and no one called to tell him. In the future, I would hope to receive a call. I will say, though, that when I called the next day, the rep was wonderful and she got the bouquet delivered.

The follow up by the Long Beach location was friendly, professional, and thorough. I was not expecting that level of follow up! As for the cookies, my mother was extremely pleased, as have we been with your cookies in St. louis. My only question/concern was that the delivery was in a basket and it was pictured as a box on the website?, so I was concerned she didn't receive the right product. Overall, couldn't be happier.
