I've shopped in the West Bloomfield, MI store for years and years as well as used this store for deliveries for family and friends; I have *never* been disappointed. They are my go to for different occasions throughout the year and I appreciate the quality and consistency of their cookies.
I recently ordered two baskets for delivery to some loved ones in the Downriver area and the order was *automatically* fulfilled by another Cookies by Design (on the East side). The colors on one of the baskets was not what I ordered and one of the cookies arrived broken in the bouquet. That's never happened before with any of the numerous deliveries I've had from the West Bloomfield store of from picking up bouquets at that store. If I could have used the West Bloomfield store I'm sure it would not have happened.
