The team worked hard on both ends. Much appreciated! They took care of the content with being consideration on both ends. Probably could have taken a few pieces apart to make the contents fit better for more room, but it’s all good. As far as your pricing, I’ll gladly pay for a service that is competent. There are several services out there that are less than desirable! I don’t believe you can go wrong with Meathead Movers.
Don’t use cellphones during work. I expect a complete job. Because everything was not moved, I now need to get other help to move the rest of my things. I am disabled.

Your guys were amazing. They were calm and cool in a very bad situation. I felt safe even though the police were not able to show up.
They packed the truck and put it all in storage in a little over 2 hours. Amazing.

Your movers weren't college kids - they were terrorists.
Mr. Clipboard was annoying and showed up every ten minutes asking me to sign a document saying everything was delivered. How would I know that on moving day?
Your practices are deceptive at best.
Your movers were beligerent, they left my hat rack against a tree, the hoa fined me $300.00 and the fun begins there.
If I ever move again, I'll take my laptop and my toothbrush and burn the rest.
They were wonderful from the get-go. Absolutely professional, and dedicated to make all of my possessions fit in my pod. They were awesome and very personable. This is the second time we've used you and I would absolutely do it again! Thank you for the wonderful customer service all the way down the line starting with Cali over the phone!

Courteous and friendly. I felt my stuff was well taken care of. They had a heck of a time getting the couch downstairs, but they figured it out and stayed calm and professional.
Our experience 1 year ago was great! our experience on Tuesday was difficult. It took much longer than anticipated, the workers definitely did not work as hard as the crew we had last year, and there seemed to be some internal miscommunication about our list of items. I (Evan) originally set up the move about 2 weeks ago and created the inventory list. I knew my initial list was not complete, so I called back last week to update the list. When Jose called me to go through the list together the day of the move it seemed that he was working from the first list and was surprised by some of the items. Additionally, starting at 11am rather than earlier in the morning seemed very inefficient. I had previously been told that the reason for the late start was because the crew was coming to Ventura from Bakersfield. The day before the move I checked again and they said the crew was indeed local to Ventura. I would probably use Meathead one more time because of our great experience a year ago. If the recent experience had been my only one I would not.

There was confusion with my payment method, which I had already resolved with the sales department. The moved basically told me that they didn’t know how the sales department receives payment, I did not feel comfortable having multiple cards/accounts on file since the payment I used to place a hold was already approved and debited. I also witnessed one of the movers continuously drop my items. The same mover also damaged my desk and dropped the box containing all of my glassware, he also asked me to help me carry some of the boxes.. Lastly, he assembled my desk wrong which resulted in damage to the surface. Granted I was reimbursed for part of my damaged desk, buy it was just one thing after another.
I love that it's college athletes and young adults that are involved at every level of the process. Everyone we talked to and had interaction with were very courteous, professional, and personable. Communication from the time we made the initial call through to the time the movers backed out of our driveway after the job was great. Everyone was respectful and the movers were gentle and careful with our items. Our experience with Meathead Movers was positive and we confidentiality recommend them.
We had a lot of boxes and smaller things that took us personally 2 days to move ourselves. 4 bodies and still cost us extra hours.
Our first move with Meathead was much better and with fewer bodies.
The young men were friendly and did a pretty good job, Could have been a little better.
Will still use you next time I think.

The Three gentleman Chris Sanders , Boston Allen and Jorge Solis were really good, fast and efficient. Great sense of humor, friendly. I will be requesting the same three in a few months when I have to move AGAIN.
