The guys were super nice. They are great for home moving but for commercial moving you need much more experienced movers. But I would recommend for a house move.

good hustle. reasonable pricing. I was disappointed that you could not get my piano to the second floor but other than that, I am pleased with the service.
Team was very nice and took care. However 2 points I would like to call out.
1. I hired you guys to take extra good care of my stuff, but one bookcase was damaged. It might only be cosmetic, but it matters too me. I was offered 50 bucks off which it ok I guess, but I would have appreciated some more help in repairing or referring someone to me to repair it. Especially since I paid for the full replacement insurance I expected more support in fixing it, instead of just 59 dollars off because it’s cosmetic damage.
2. My move was supposed to start at 10 am. They crew arrived at 10:45. I understand they had to drive from Fresno to Paso, but nobody told me this ahead of time and I waited 45 mins. Your office should have done a better job with scheduling and set it at 11am or something realistic for them to get here and me to know an accurate time.

Made our move so easy. I can't believe how hard these guys worked and just didn't slow down for a second. Everything was wrapped so efficiently, and carefully brought into the trucks and then into the new house.
Very courteous and professional. They always asked where something should go if it wasn't clear on the box. I'm really amazed that they took the time to place everything, and even put things back together that were taken apart.
