The best compliment is that we have used your company 3 times & our son also used them We are so impressed with the way these young men are able to move heavy & large furniture up & down stairs. The movers damaged a wall and door. Trying to have a discussion with a claims person has been impossible, The current policy calls for 3 bids to repair, and wait 30-60 days for a review. I sold my house, and the buyers are scheduled to do their final walk through this week. Getting three quotes, and waiting for approve is ridiculous, and not realistic when someone is moving out due to a sale.
Easy to schedule on a short notice. Easiest move ever. Excellent crew.

I have used Meathead movers several times and was happy with the service. This time was different.
First, handing the customer a review/rating sheet to fill out on the spot is unfair.
I was supposed to have two trucks and 5 guys. One truck was provided and as a result two trips (actually 3) had to be made extending the day unnecessarily.
All the guys were hard working but the leader did not communicate well with the team. For example, I had indicated that a closet had to be cleaned out - everything had to go. They left a lot of stuff in there as well as a bed frame in the room next to it. As a result, some of the guys had to go back for a third trip.
All my moving boxes were labeled and yet not once did they bother to look and read where they had to go and this created a hectic, disorganized move and extra stress on me.
That's all I have to say. I do not need anything made right.
On time. They call just before they arrive. Very professional.
This is the second time I have used Meathead Mover's and will do so again if the need arises.

i got quoted $1450. i said how much stuff i had, the distance it would be, everything. and somehow ended up with a $2900 bill at the end. that’s insane. you have to be more honest with your quotes. especially since you sent 5 movers. that should have been a much quicker job. they were nice, but i’ll never you use again because of the price.

Very professional, polite, and very careful at moving our furniture. A pleasure to work with. We have used other moving services in the past, but Meathead is the best. We will definitely use them again if we need their services.
Clayton followed through and gave good advice. The two young men that came and packed worked and were very friendly = always smiling. The young man in charge, Jason, knows the business and when Taylor asked a question it was always a pleasant exchange between the two of them which is really good business.

These men worked so hard today, RUNNING, not walking to load the truck!! I moved from an upstairs unit so they had to go up and down the stairs as well. They were friendly not only with me but each other. What an amazing experience. These men definitely went way above and beyond and deserve commendations!
I made sure they were hydrated with cold water even tho they brought their own water. I'm a Mom, with "kids" their same ages. While they worked they individually shared their hopes, dreams, goals and im so impressed with the men your company has invested in. You can be proud! They represent your company with excellence! Keep investing in them!!!
The communication before they arrived and during their lunch break was extremely professional and courteous.
They didn't quit! We had to unload some items at my storage unit and then continue to the home. They finished early!!!! So outstanding!
