Every interaction I had on the phone was great and everyone had a great attitude. The guys that came we nice and very helpful. I would totally recommend this place, because Brad Alexander recommended it to me!

I realize that these movers work hard and wearing a mask isn't ideal, but unfortunately that's what we expect of anyone entering our house. After I answered the door and the movers saw I was wearing a mask, one of them turned and smirked at the other signaling they would have to put on their masks. They were pretty good about wearing them most of the time, but not all of the time. I hate to be a stickler about this issue, but we're much more sensitive now that my Dad is undergoing lung cancer treatment and our jobs force us to have to have my Mom look after the kids a few times a week.
But the biggest headscratcher for me was, when dismantling our beds they were having difficulty with some of the screws and bolts. I was told many of them were stripped. But having put those beads together myself I knew for certain that one or maybe two max may have been my fault. I became even more certain as I noticed they were trying to use plyers on a hex-head self-tapping screw. I asked why they hadn't tried using a socket and was told that they aren't provided a socket set. Really?? When dismantling furniture is a big part of what a moving company does, you can't provide your guys with a socket set??
Other than that, the service was great and the movers were really nice and polite. Everything was perfectly wrapped and delivered exactly where I wanted. One of the movers even did a couple of backflips on the front lawn which my kids absolutely LOVED!

Works smart, fast yet careful.
The movers were attentive and took care of our belongings.
My only complaint is that the unloading team was too small and we had to help unload boxes to get it done.

Jeremy and Quincy did a phenomenal job with my move. They made the process seamless and painless. They had to get creative to move a couch in and a dresser upstairs. They didn't scuff any walls and took their time. I highly recommend this moving company.
The movers were extremely personable and careful with the antiques. They took care in wrapping each item but also did so in an efficient manner. This is my second time using Meathead Movers and when/if I have another move to make they will receive my business.

I felt for the amount of information I was asked to supply, the crew were under informed and under equipped for the job in hand. The Crew themselves were very good and worked hard to make everything happen quickly and efficiently. The y were amiable and competent. I felt they weren't prepared sufficiently especially for the amount of paperwork and signatures required.
I think if a customer says an item is going to be heavy, that should be given real value. I was concerned when the rep said he was sending only two crew for the move I would have thought three more appropriate or a driver and two crew, as it was I had to assist with moving the bed frame at the destination. I was also surprised that the crew had to take a 45 minute break during the move. Again this is out of proportion to the expectation given by the Company.
I thought it was possible to do the job for the minimum amount and was very disappointed to find it significantly more expensive than expected.
As usual these days it seems there is an elaborate sales department that does not adequately support the men who actually do the job. A common trend in most businesses these days. Overall the expectation did not match the experience and I do not hold the moving crew responsible for that.
Friendly courteous hard working young guys willing to do anything they could to please you and make my moving experience as easy and care free as could be expected will definitively recommend MeatHead movers to anyone looking to move
Everything! From Molly, on the phone, explaining & taking information for my move,to the wrap up at my home by Anthony with paperwork. Evan & Carlos were phenomenal! Polite,fast, efficient, considerate etc. Darling young men! They even wrapped the door jam in case something bumped into it. They helped organize & place things in cupboards.
They all knew what everyone was doing...a well oiled machine!
The funny part...the contract read...storage unit of 34 years...they all expected spiders & cobwebs😳
I told them that the storage was an accumulation of 34 years of marriage...it had been in storage for 2 months😃. We had a good laugh 😆!
