Quick service for a flat tire
It thought Patrick and the first guy I worked with were knowledgeable about bikes and friendly to work with.
When I got home there was a slight rub on the back tire, I thought it was the brakes but after assessing it further, it was the base of the reflector rubbing on the tire and I was able to adjust it.
I plan to bring my bike back to this shop is a couple months for an annual type tune up.

I checked out at 4 other bike shops in the Carmel, Westfield area looking for a new bike. None of them came close to meeting my expectations, not only for the type of bike I wanted but also the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff.
I was delighted when I walked into the Carmel Bicycle Garage, they have a great selection of bikes to choose from.
Jeremy, the salesman greeted me at the door and was so very helpful and knowledgeable, that I purchased a new bike the same day even though I was only there to look and not expecting to buy.
I'm pleased with my new bike and very pleased with the way Jeremy approached the process. He was willing to go the extra mile and that means a lot to me.

Patrick was super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though this is a smaller store, they have a great selection. BGI has local distribution, so they have access to many colors that are not on display in the store. Our family has purchased many bikes from BGI, and we will continue to be loyal customers.
I have always gotten excellent service at this location. I was pleased to see some of the original staff have continued there since BGI purchased this location.
