My wife and I drove down from Kokomo area hoping for a solution for a problem with her Specialize Roll of the chain coming off the sprocket. The gentleman at Bicycle Garage Indy immediately took the bike to the back to realign the cassette and chain with the front sprout at no cost. Afterwards we discussed changing the front sprocket with a newer style of front sprocket. They called me when the part came in I drove down from Kokomo and they had the job done in less than an hour. That type of customer service it is outstanding and greatly appreciated. They have made a new customer to both myself and my wife. I highly recommend Bicycle Garage Indy.

Ben was fantastic! Not only did he fix my flat tire quickly he showed us we had been loading our bikes on our 4-year old Thule rack backwards. I wish I was exaggerating, nope! The proper way to load them is life changing- no need to chain the bikes to keep them from rolling out of the tire cup. 😂

Bicycle Garage Indy is the best shop in Carmel (and all of Indy IMHO). About thirty minutes earlier we arrived in Carmel with a flat rear tire and went to another bike shop closer to our weekend Airbnb. That shop advertised fast service. The guy there told me the tire was also dry rotted so he recommended a new tire not just a tube and the same for the front tire. I said ok and he entered my info in the system… then said it would be ready Saturday afternoon. I said we were only here for the weekend and he didn’t budge. He upsold me on a $130 repair when I only needed a $22 tube and wanted me to be without a bike during my entire stay. Just crap!

Bill is the greatest. This has not changed since it was Grey Goat. Bill always will always have great advice and recommend the appropriate fix not the most expensive. Jeff is awesome too. These guys know their stuff and are always kind and helping. Have great senses of humor and are very helpful. I was worried when BGI bought them that they would lose their charm but they are still there and still have it.

Bill and Jeff were right on top of all my service needs. I needed a standard repair after a small crash and Bill identified exactly what was needed; we also discussed preventative maintenance needs and identified the correct products and services required. Jeff completed my service quickly, efficiently, and had me back out riding faster than anticipated!
The entire service crew always goes above and beyond and this service shop is number one on my list.
