I purchased a new Thule hitch mounted bike rack. The sales associates are very knowledgeable of the different brands and styles of bike racks for cars. They helped me select one that works well with our two bikes and vehicle. They unpacked it and installed it on my vehicle to demonstrate the installation and all the features. Their price was better than online retailers. Thank you!
Seemed to be very knowledgeable, made sure I had everything I needed, explained things about the bike, put the seat at the proper height and test rode in the back. If I had known that the service was going to be that good I would have bought the bike my wife bought 8 months ago at a different company. I would have bought it at106 street!
