I had a great experience buying my Specialized Diverge 4 from BGI. Kyle was my initial point of contact when I called and he was very helpful and informative. I test rode the bike, asked questions and he helped me plan my purchase and pick-up since I live 2.5 hours from the store.
He helped me time my purchase to coincide with the annual tent sale which saved me $$$. I was also given what I felt was a very fair price for my trade in (2008 Roubaix Expert). Thanks Kyle!
After I got home, even before I even put my pedals on the bike, I found a crack in the rear carbon wheel. I called BGI and spoke to Zoe since Kyle was not in that day. Zoe understood the problem and went to the store owner Scott who gave me the identical wheels off of another Diverge 4 that was in-stock. No questions asked. Just the kind of accommodation and service you would dream of. I came back to the store the next day, met Scott and Zoe, and watched as they delivered on their promised solution. They were so nice! Scott made sure that I rode my bike after the wheel changes to make sure that all was as I wanted it to be. My satisfaction with the process was their priority. I am grateful.
