I am a first-time customer. Bill and Ethan were very friendly and took the time to check my bike over and make recommendations of things that needed to be done now, as well as things that might need attention soon. There was no pressure to do more than needed at this time, so other items were simply suggestions for future maintenance. I appreciated their candidness and approach.
The price for the repairs was very fair, in my opinion. And, the bike was fixed and ready to go ahead of schedule allowing me an extra day of riding.
