The friendly staff
Ethan and the whole staff were super friendly and very helpful when I was purchasing my first road bike. They were not pushy and did not talk down to me or act snobby like others bike stores. I live closer to Roosevelt Ave, so usually visit that store, but I would make the drive back to Carmel.
Obviously, the value of the bike I purchased during your tent sale, but what will really bring me back is the staff. Everyone was so friendly, kind, informative, and patient the three times I've been in the store within the last week. This is how you build brand loyalty. I'm very thankful to have stumbled upon this location as everyone here further propelled my fairly new interest and participation in the cycling hobby.

Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable. I let him know specific struggles I was having with my current bike and what type of riding I was riding and he found the perfect bike for me. Was able to ride 15 miles this weekend on my new bike and it is perfect.

Stopped by the new shop on W. 106 with flat tire. Tech went above and beyond. This is the first bike I have owned with tubeless tires. He walked me through the repair process for the tire and gave my bike a quick check up as well. Glad you have a store near me.
