The Y is my take care of me place. Clean, friendly and welcoming. I try to come by both centers at least 3 times a week. The Capital Y is great for a spa getaway. I truly appreciate the staff and my fellow Y members.
It's a nonprofit and has great activities for kids that I want to support even if I don't have kids yet. The price is affordable And I get all the services that I want out of a gym.
Love the vibe at the Y. The classes are great and put together for my age range yet very beneficial to my aging needs. Instructors are personable and display true caring for each person in their classes. They are knowledgeable and give clear, concise instruction that allow the majority to follow. Also the program shows that the preparation was in place and not a last minute thought. The detail of instruction also conveys the concern the instructors have that no one will get hurt trying to complete a segment.
Classes are offered so one can attend everything they want in a weeks time.
I love Sabrina. She’s a wonderful teacher.

Great classes but I would like to see more yoga and Pilate classes. I also am not a fan of the sign up online, it's just one more thing I have to do and it's not my thing. I just want to attend the classes as they are scheduled.
The pool exercise is making me healthy in my elder years. Great company with the ladies who swim.

Aqua aerobics for Arthritis with JoiLynn is great! All the staff is so nice. Also, I really like Brian’s Pilates class on Monday.
I enjoy my arthritis class in the pool with Pat Wolfe three times a week. I’ve introduced many people to this class. Best thing I do for my health and wellbeing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all I love all of the classes that they offer for 60 to 80 plus members.
Swim coach is so great with tips and sharing knowledge.

I like the classes that I can do and I have met many others like me. I can come and go and not worry about how little I go. I have met many other seniors and it’s like a community.
Nice environment, good equipment. . How about adding a leg extension/leg curl device in the weight room. The leg extension/leg curl station in the Cardio room keeps breaking and is out of service for weeks at a time.
I absolutely love the morning yoga classes with Kate and Emily. Christina is powerhouse of motivation in her spin combo class.
Love our pickleball and ping pong community at Rollingwood!!
I love the exercise class with Sabrina. That is the only service I use.

I like the Aqua fitness classes at central and rolling wood locations. Especially the Aqua Zumba offered at rolling wood. I would like to see more classes like Aqua Zumba.

Good equipment, good classes, outstanding instructors and support staff. What more can I ask for?
