Staff are wonderful: lifeguards, Miranda the yoga teacher, Michael and Nikki at the front desk, the housekeeper. Machines in cardio room are good quality.

The Y has a very friendly environment. Very calm and all members / staff are very respectful of each other. My favorite is the indoor pool where they have activities for everyone throughout the day. The Y also has a little free library which I love to stop by on my way out
