The group Head to Toe Tuesday and Thursday classes with Amy and Elias are my favorites. Great instruction and the sense of community with my fellow participants. I’ve made lasting friendships thru these classes
I have also recently tried the aerobic dance class on Mondays which is also a great group class.

My wife and I have been in Vanessa’s Zumba class for over a decade. I plan to Zumba until I drop. This is not a class about developing technical skill or athleticism. It’s about exercise and fun by moving to catchy music. Vanessa is a purveyor of positivity and self-affirmation. And I always look forward to our Halloween class in costumes. Also, we recently started in Daniel’s Tai Chi class. Like anything else (including Zumba), starting something new takes effort. But the effort is paying off. For me, Tai Chi is partly about developing technical skill as well as calm, balance, and lower body strength. It is becoming intellectually interesting in a bio-mechanical sense.
Variety of activities
I enjoy the classes and instructors at the club. The club is a very comfortable environment to work out in.
The clinic was interesting, I learned more about the importance of strategic drop shots and believe I left as a better player. The coaches were very good as well. I have taken some classes from Scott, he is an awesome coach.

I like the equipment. In is well maintained. Especially like the leg machines (upright hamstring hard to find). Abductor & adductor ones would be nice

As an 81 year old, I appreciate the classes you offer geared toward seniors and I am enjoying them. I’m only available to come three days a week, but the three days have made a tremendous difference. A special shout out to the instructors and their knowledge.

The pool and staff.
The staff and members are so friendly! I swim almost everyday for my health. And the lifeguards are really great! Having an indoor and an outdoor pool is such a wonderful gift.
I really enjoy the YMCA as it caters to everyone, has flexible classes and going there is enjoyable. I really believe I benefit from the workouts. The staff and teachers are great.

several low impact classes in the pool
The Y is my take care of me place. Clean, friendly and welcoming. I try to come by both centers at least 3 times a week. The Capital Y is great for a spa getaway. I truly appreciate the staff and my fellow Y members.
