Great staff to work with and a variety of equipment and classes to attend.
I am taking the yoga classes. They are helpful in my quest to improve my flexibility and balance. The people teaching the classes as well as the participants are friendly and encouraging. I do wish the classes were earlier in the day like the chair yoga (also good). We are still adjusting to the timing during, for us, was our dinner time as I still have to make dinner after class. So far, the tradeoff is worth it. Would also like Zumba to be in the morning. By early evening, my oomph is mostly a dim memory.

All the equipment in the classes are working great though it would also be great if the sound equipment in the cycle room were close to the front by this video screen so that the instructor would not have to go back-and-forth which disrupts the class. Either that or to get YouTube premium, so the virtual tours do not get interrupted by commercials.
Sabrina is a wonderful instructor. Humor & makes exercise fun plus I have never been sore because we stretch between.

Good instructors, very nice people in classes. One thing that needs work is front desk people are not very knowledgeable about YMCA, in the AM are almost sleeping. But overall it is a good experience to be involved in this organization. The downtown facility is beautiful and I want to utilize it more.
As a senior, I appreciate having the warm water pool available for the water exercise classes.
Variety of group ex classes
I really appreciate the collegial atmosphere of the Y. Other members are friendly and there is an upbeat feeling to our classes. I particularly value the outstanding teachers - Tia (for Pilates), Jenson (for cycling), Vanessa and First name removed (for Yoga), Mohammed (for Strength and Stability) and Elias (for Top to Bottom).
