I can’t recommend Ten Health & Fitness enough, especially the King’s Cross studio.
The studio is super clean, airy, modern, and very well maintained. The Pilates beds are the most comfortable I’ve tried, even after attending several other studios.
What truly sets this place apart is the instructors. They are excellent and very attentive. They constantly correct posture and positioning without you having to ask, which shows genuine care. Even the smallest adjustment can completely change how an exercise feels and makes it far more effective and safer. That level of personal attention is non-negotiable for me — without it, I wouldn’t return.
I also really appreciate that instructors don’t use microphones. Their voices are clear and easy to hear, unlike other studios where microphones cause echo and unclear instructions. This is a big bonus for me, and I like that they don’t follow that trend.
Sessions are a full 60 minutes, which makes a huge difference compared to shorter classes elsewhere. I always recommend the King’s Cross studio to others. I haven’t tried other branches, but if they’re run the same way, they’ll be just as good. I really love it.
I really love the reformer pilates sessions here at Ten Chiswick. Every trainer has their own style and approach to teaching and they are all different. But, they all show care, compassion and consideration whether you are a regular, seasoned client or a new or returning one.
As well as feeling really good after a session, the staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful, it's like receiving a cosy hug!

The instructor was very helpful regarding technique and what would work best for me as I had never done it before. The class was really fun and I felt like if I was struggling I was able to ask for help.

Beautiful studio in Nine Elms and Reformer Pilates is where it’s at.
The intimacy of the class due to the small size of the reformer studio. I have been taught by two instructors so far and they were good at explaining the exercises and attentive to make sure everyone was clear what they should do and how they do it. They were nice and friendly and I would highly recommend Cara and Christian.

I love the instructors and classes at Ten City - I appreciate that the class routines evolve over time, so it didn’t feel repetitive going regularly. I still think the changing rooms could be nicer as the showers are very musty. One more hairdryer would be incredibly helpful during the week.

On time and the practitioner knew their work very well
I thought Timea was excellent. I came in with back pain from windsurfing which was impacting my daily life and sleep. The session was a proper workout. I felt 10x better when I walked out and already booked another session next week.
My knee problem had become problematic. Veronica was nothing short of brilliant in answering my questions and assessing my knee. She gave me a routine to follow, exercises, a massage technique to reduce swelling and told me to rest a little more than I had. She was very knowledgeable and I now know how to address the problem. It has been twenty four hours and even now a slight improvement. I cannot thank her enough.

I’ve been coming to Ten Chiswick for a couple of years now, and the support has been incredible. The instructors have been so knowledgeable and caring, guiding me safely through exercise during my first pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and now my second pregnancy as well.
At the moment, I’m especially loving classes with Julie, she’s absolutely fantastic! Her energy, encouragement, and expertise make every session something I genuinely look forward to.
