The chairs were comfortable and great picture and sound. I bought the tickets online which was an easy process. I forgot about the first responders Mondays until I was in line to buy popcorn.

Always greeted, great concessions (a little to pricey), and wonderful seating at the Grand 14 tops it all off.

Nice theater! My only issue was one of the chairs was stuck in the reclined/open position and could not be changed. I bought tickets two weeks in advance for this showing of Wicked. There were no other seats to change to and nothing was offered as a consolation for the issue. Nor was I made aware of the issue before arriving to the theater.

Lots of screens to watch some awesome movies. Sound is good and the reclining seats are super comfortable. Great options at the concessions too.

The seating is like being at home, amazeballs....the staff, from the ticket window to the popcorn-cleaning warriors, are always pleasurable, professional and considerate. My family and I attend Grand 14 every Friday afternoon….it’s almost like “Cheers” “NORM!” because the staff remember us and are warm, welcoming and happy to see us.
