Check-in on kiosk was easy once you learn how to do it .only part I don’t perticular like is the no cash use ..not every one has a credit card or wants to pay a convenience fee to get a gift card which stops us from using the concession stand more .Love the Tuesday special rates

‘David’ was a great movie, and we got to see it on Christmas with friends and family. The seats were comfortable recliners too.

The theater was very clean. The new ticket buying set up was different. The chairs were out this world. So amazing and comfortable. I really felt like I was in a home theater. The concessions could use a deal for rewards members to pull you into the movies more often. My only complaint is I wish they had the machine to fix your own drink like the grand 16 on Johnston Street. Other than that, I really like the experience. Furthermore the staff was helpful and welcoming, so I recommend this establishment.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The Grand 14 Theatre in Lafayette, LA was very clean, comfortable temperature and seats, concession stands were well stocked with variety of snack and drink options. The movie that we viewed, Wicked, was viewed in the most relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to others this theatre for movies!
