The theater is clean and the staff were all great
The seating is like being at home, amazeballs....the staff, from the ticket window to the popcorn-cleaning warriors, are always pleasurable, professional and considerate. My family and I attend Grand 14 every Friday afternoon….it’s almost like “Cheers” “NORM!” because the staff remember us and are warm, welcoming and happy to see us.

Recliner seats and cleanliness
The seats are more comfortable than any theater seats I've been it. There is plenty of room for people to pass in front of you. I liked that the popcorn was in a cup instead of a bag.

Seats are great and most staff is friendly! Only reason I didn't give a 10 was the team member we ordered from at the concession stand was not friendly or personable at all. She had her arms crossed with her head down on the counter as we were walking up. She did not even greet us just stared at us and waited for us to start ordering. Said the price and handed us our stuff and then put her head right back down on the counter.

I bought a ticket to a movie As soon as the tickets were on sale. About 10 days Before The movie was to show, I had a death in the family and had to go out of state. Santikos refunded the money.
Pre pick seats
The whole theatre was wicked-ly adorable!!!! Including all the staff in their wicked shirts, witch hats, and crowns.
