This is our go-to theater. Reserved seating to the new self serve popcorn machine. I dont think there's much I'd change.

It was easy to buy my ticket online, sent to my email, and service at the concessions counter was quick. I love being able to get comfortable in the recliner seats, with plenty of room for someone to walk past me.

Courteous staff

The cleanliness of the theatres stands out to us, and the staff is always so friendly and very helpful. I do however miss the fresh nacho cheese and the nacho chips or the option to add a small cup of nacho cheese with the soft baked pretzels, which used to be served at the concessions.The pretzels are still an option, but having the cheese to add on was not an option that was offered. We love attending movies at this theatre location as well as the The Grand 14 on Johnston Street.

Had a great time!

I liked easy online purchase and nobody sticking a stick in my purse the first time I experienced that there I didn’t know what was going on, so I told him f go ahead at 65 years old I found out what it was people bringing stuff in which I guess I understand. It just made me feel funny.

Movie was wonderful and the treat was great

It took us no time to walk in and get to our theater. The seats were comfortable.

We had a great experience at the movies. It is tough that it's gotten so expensive. I spent $65 yesterday for me and a child. 2 tickets, 1 popcorn, two drinks, and a bag of candy. Because of this we do not come to the theater often. But as far as the overall experience goes it was great.
