Very comfortable seating and cozy theaters, friendly workers

Rewards for free stuff when I remember to give my phone number. And you show a lot of Christian movies. We like to bring our kids with us a lot, but some movie makers don’t know how to make a movie without sex and cursing. That’s not how real people live.

Liked being able to reserve tickets online and skip the line. Concession area was quick and seating is really good.

The reclining seats and reserved seats are great. Gives me a peace of mind knowing I don't have to struggle to find a seat and don't have to arrive 30 mins early just to get a good one.

I love this theater. The concession always has fresh popcorn and a good variety of candy. I’ve heard the pizzas and chips with cheese dip are good too. But the very best are that all of the movies are shown in a theater with reclining seats. That is spoiled me and I don’t want to go anywhere else

It was a very pleasant, premium movie theater experience allowing premium cinematic experience for Average.Joe. This film with experienced Hollywood acting talent in Eric Close and Amy Acker also had a musical score by Lafayette native and resident Andrew Morgan Smith and a song and musical contribution by Vermilion Parish resident band regional musician Kevin Granger. Thanks Santikos for supporting the community.

We love the chairs that lay back. I have to be careful sometimes because I am so comfortable I fall asleep and miss parts of the movie.

The staff working on October 8 were very helpful, friendly and patient. They were able to help me with questions about Santikos reward points. I also like that the soft drinks are not self-serve anymore. I can actually get a Coke now because the flavors are refilled when needed.

I go very often and I am always very very satisfied with my experience each and every time! From the box office staff, to the concession stand staff, and even the clean-up staff after my movie is overwith! Every one is always very kind, courteous, and professional!

I love the reclining seats!!

The seats are very comfortable and it’s always a pleasant experience at the theater. However when Santikos took over the concessions were changed. My boyfriend usually always got the nachos but he doesn’t like the cheese they are served with, he liked the other kind just fine and the chips always seem stale. It would also be nice if you were to bring back the Cheetos popcorn which I always enjoyed.
