Great facility. Super pool. Very convenient.
I love the Lafayette Y! The Y has been there for me and my family since we moved to Lafayette in 2007. As a young mom, the childcare provided me a much needed break for exercise and recharging. Our 3 kids participated in sports over the years and also enjoyed the Kids Tri. When I wanted to do my first Sprint Triathlon, the Y helped me train. The exercise classes and yoga have helped me make friends and community that I see in my classes every week. I also appreciate that the Y has stayed affordable over the years as the cost of everything else increases. I now serve on the board and enjoy being involved with fundraising, programming and giving input to staff.
friendly staff and classes
The Smart Start program they use is the most user friendly way to learn about the machines and have a way to reference, in writing, how to use all the features of the machines as well as tracking how we are doing over a long period of time. I feel like this is the best way for us, the user, to know they care about how we use the machines as well as how it works best for us.
There is an ice skating rink, an outdoor swimming pool, and stationary bikes that have a variety of places you can visually bike through, making the exercise much more enjoyable. There is so much more to do and really friendly people to interact with. I also like the fact that I can work out at my old 'Y' in Longmont when I go back to Longmont on my silver sneakers pass. Looking forward to getting to know more people, learn more of what is really there and always be responsible for doing my best when I am there.

I attend weekly class and it is great. The weights have been recently upgraded and the class is very helpful. I also appreciate the live virtual classes that you offer and attend two of them weekly. Thanks so much.

I have been a member over 25 years. The equiment is state of the art. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Y is very clean and well kept.

The facility is wonderful. The new equipment in the weight room is excellent ( although it would be nicer if this type of equipment can be adjusted for women's smaller sizes). The facility is clean. Workout classes are varied and well taught.
The pool is great....any chance you can convert it to a saltwater system?

The karate program is fabulous! Great teachers and a great family program. The students feel like family.
A wonderful series of Zumba classes, a welcome and communal atmosphere, pleasant staff and decent coffee.
