We appreciate the general cleanliness, and the choice of equipment we can use for workouts. Most other members are courteous. We would appreciate the little signs that used to tell members to clean workout equipment before and after use be reinstalled. Too many use equipment and leave it sweaty. We mostly notice this with newer members and younger members.

My wife and I are very happy to be members at the Lafayette YMCA! The entire staff is awesome, and the facility offers a wide variety of exercise classes and weight machines.

It is close to me and I love the Suzannah's classes. I have been going to her class for close to twenty years as have many other people. There is a sweet sense of community even though I may only see some of those people in class. The Y is clean, with good spaces and yet not pretentious or fussy. I love that it serves the greater community. Perfect for me.

2) Fitness classes! It is so much easier to stay motivated to come to exercise and work hard during exercise when you are doing it with other people.
3) The Lafayette YMCA is a a beautiful, clean, spacious facility.
They offer Zumba and Shine, which I love. The staff is always warm and helpful! Great facilities!

The pool is very well maintained and attended to and great pool staff. Gym equipment is
well maintained and organized. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the gyms. Locker rooms and showers are clean and smell fresh. I LOVE THE LAFAYETTE YMCA !!!!
