The Lafayette YMCA is a fantastic place to get the type of exercise you need, no matter what your age or level of physical activity.
This is because of the professionally trained staff and trainers, clear down to the crew that keeps the Y in clean and excellent working shape.
Moreover, the individual classes that are offered meet just about everyone's needs, be it weight training, flexibility, yoga, dance exercise, pilates, group exercises or individual workout classes.
The Y also has a fantastic swimming pool, which during the summer has 3 huge enclosed slides, a one and a half meter diving board and a 3 meter diving board.
Did I mention that there are 3 individual fully equipped workout rooms, with free weights and weight machines?
The people who use the facilities at the Y, are cordial and friendly members, who will give you a friendly smile or waive or a chat, whichever you seem to like.
Come join the fun, and learn that exercise can be enjoyable.

An amazing program, starting at the top with a director incredibly dedicated, loves the sport loves the kids. He and his team have been working nonstop trying to get ice for all the teams.
I feel like all the coaches listen to the kids and wanna help them in every aspect. They will have one on one conversations in the middle of practice or on the bench during a game. It’s amazing to see kids coming from all over Colorado to be a part of this group. It says a lot for the program.
The staff are friendly, it has a wide range of equipment and classes and the facility is always clean.
We love the environment and the team experience our son is having. The coaches are positive and encouraging and bring out the confidence in our player. Our son finds the hockey program at Lafayette to be supportive and he loves playing with his team.
Treadmills, I did love the Cyber Sarc machine by the indoor track but you took it away.

We love the sense of community at the YMCA. Little ones to seniors - everyone has a place at the Y. The upstairs track, the ice rink, the gym, the yoga, the pool, and the new equipment are amenities we love and use. We see a familiar face every time we go in which adds to our daily sense of well being.
