Home 360 is my go to when I have a problem. I have never been disappointed with the service. This past weekend, my air conditioner cut off because of a clogged drain line. within a few hours, Shane Hebert a master plumber had the drain line unclogged enough for the unit to be able to run. He came back Sunday, which was Father’s Day and rerouted the drain line so I shouldn’t have a problem again . Everyone at Home 360 is dedicated, professional, friendly, and well-versed in their craft.
Tim Albert was a great technician. He figured out the refrigerator problem quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use him again if needed.

the afternoon to set appointment with KERRY to complete installation of the new fixture at 8:00am the next morning. KERRY called ahead and arrived early for both appointments. Always most cordial, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough.

Larry Selman and John were both on time. Larry always does a great job, that's why I request him every year.
John is delightful. He is very professional and helped me to understand why repairs are needed on the roofline (soffit and facia). I have accepted his quote. Since it is almost $6K he is working on dividing the work up into two or three stages so that I can afford to get the work done quickly.
I will be using John for future carpentry jobs ... and look forward to working with Clyde Bertholot on repairing the roof leak.
