I called and explained my problem and they had someone come out the next day. Mr. Tim came out the next day and informed me of the high price to fix my 10 year old stove and advised me that he thought that it was not worth the money invested in a stove that old. I appreciated him telling me that rather than wasting my money on something that would not last long. Rather than make money off of me be cared enough to advise me not to have it fixed. I really appreciated that and will definitely recommend Home 360 to my family and friends!

The technician came out to diagnose the problem with the freezer. He returned as promised the next morning with the part, completes the repair and stayed to verify that the problem was indeed resolved.
He was friendly, capable and thorough.

Home 360 is awesome. Always transparent about the cost and what will be done. They come when they say they will, unless something unexpected happens , then you are promptly notified and set up for what time they will show at your house. The contractors are always friendly and explain everything. I highly recommend using Home 360 for your home repair needs. We stopped paying for a home warranty once we discovered Home 360.
