When they say they offer 24 hour service they really mean 24 hour service. I called 4 places that advertised 24/7 service and none could come out before Tuesday. Within an hour home 360 was on site fixing our air.

I always talk to a living person. No auto menu, leave a message etc. All of the service techs are competent, do the work properly and often give good advice for whatever the problem was and how to prevent or avoid repeat issues.
