Mr. Johnson was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the problem i had. When he completed the job he returned the items he moved to get access to the area. He also made sure there was no residue left behind after completion. I always select Home 360 because their contracted staff have provided good, thorough work throughout the years i have dealt with the company.

Mr. Luis, who came out on Friday, was excellent and fixed the AC problem right away. Mr. Shane also fid a great job installing my water heater. I’ve also had excellent service from other people Home360 has sent out. There have been a couple of people who were not great, but Home360 keeps notes when I tell them someone hasn’t done as good a job as I expected. The prices are a little high but they respond right away, which is worth a lot.
