I have been using Home 360 for many years. My washing machine & dryer needed to be fixed. I called the office & told her my problem with the appliances on Saturday. She scheduled an appointment with Tim Albert for Monday at 830 AM. Tim looked at both appliances & determined that the dryer had a large lint problem on the outside of the house.
He turned on the washing machine & it made knocking sound & would drain before spinning. Tim fixed my dryer, but the washer would have to be replaced. Tim was very knowledgeable. Thank you Home 360 for a job well done.

Though we still don’t know the source of our leak, Mark asked very good questions that need to be answered. He told us to turn off our main house unit to see whether the condensation pipe is the problem. He offered ideas that the leak detection company couldn’t answer!

We established rapport, and he had a great sense of humor, and he was very professional.

We are turning our main unit off tonight and we’ll see what happens tomorrow!
